You are invited to the Poeh Cultural Center’s Winter Market. Spend the day talking to artists and shopping for original jewelry, pottery, textiles and other arts by Native artists from across the Southwest. Located at the Poeh Cultural Center in the Pueblo of Pojoaque. Our special event will feature a variety of demonstrations from traditional pottery making to traditional pueblo weaving. All of our artists will be hosted indoors within the Poeh Cultural Center’s arts studios. Dances will showcase traditional pueblo winter buffalo dances. This market is will be held at the Poeh Cultural Center to feature traditional pueblo architecture and promote a community setting that is unique to Pueblo country. You won’t want to miss out on the bonfires, songs, dances and talented work of so many Native artists.
Here at the Poeh, old rhythms of life and ways of making beauty continue. People bring beauty to the world on a “pathway” of being, doing and sharing called the Poeh.
