Booth Info

We would like to invite all Native artists to participate in our Summer Arts Market here at the Poeh.

ARTIST VENDORS
  • Booth Fee:
    10×10 booth: $160.00 for one artist, $50.00 for additional artist (shared booth)
    8×8 booth: $140.00 for one artist, no shared booth.
  • Booth Sizes:
    10’ x 10’ covered tent located outside on dirt surface, includes 8’ table
    8’ x 8’ covered ramada located outside on dirt surface, includes 8’ table
  • Booth Location: Poeh Cultural Center will assign booth placement (no booth requests)
  • Maximum of 2 artists per booth for 10×10 booth and one artist per 8×8 booth.
  • Minors, 16 and under are free, with a paying adult vendor.
  • Market will only provide space and one 8 foot table. Vendor must provide own chairs.
  • No specified vendor parking. Please abide by all no parking signs or vehicle may be towed.
  • Artists must be present in their booth and must sell their own artwork.
  • All artwork must be created by the artist. No food can be sold at artist booth
  • Keep your personal items within the booth space.No pets are allowed in booth.
  • Artists shall conduct their sales and presentation with cultural and material integrity.

Children under 16 are free, with paying adult vendor.

FOOD VENDORS

$300

  • Vendor will be provided 10×20 open space on dirt.
  • Vendor is responsible for own table, chairs and cover.
  • Menu must be approved.
  • No drink sales.

Must have Food Handlers Permit

Dates & Times

  • Open to the Public: Saturday, June 30th – July 1st, 2018 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • Vendor Set-Up Time: 6:30 am to 7:45 am
  • Vendor Breakdown Time: Saturday, June 30th – July 1st, 2018 – 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

    (Poeh Cultural Center will not be responsible for any vendor property. See Realty permit.)

Payment Info

  • Application & Full Payment Due: June 1, 2018 by 5:00pm
  • Payment method: Cash, Credit Cards or Money Orders.
  • No personal checks will be accepted.
  • Application and full payment must be turned in together to Poeh Gift Shop or can be mailed to, 78 Cities of Gold Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87506.
  • Booth and fees are non-refundable after June 1, 2018 5:00pm.
  • No Partial Payments.

APPLICATION ARE DUE BY JUNE 1, 2018, 5pm!

No personal checks will be accepted.
