Booth Info

We would like to invite all Native artists to participate in our Summer Arts Market here at the Poeh.

ARTIST VENDORS

$75.00  Individual Artist

$25.00 Additional Artist (Shared Booth, 2 person max)

We will provide the following:

  • 10’X10′ Booth Space
    (Covered tent located outside on dirt surface)
  • 8′ table and 2 chairs

Children under 16 are free, with paying adult vendor.
Adult vendor must fill out application for child who will be in their booth.

FOOD VENDORS

$200

We will provide the following:

  • 10′ X 20′ Booth Space
    (Covered tent located outside on asphalt surface)

Must have Food Handlers Permit

GUIDELINES

Vendor Set-Up Time

Saturday, June 17, 2017 – 6:30 am to 7:45 am

Vendor Breakdown Time

Saturday, June 17, 2017 – 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
(Poeh Cultural Center will not be responsible for vendor property.)

  • Artists must be present in their booth and must sell their own artwork.
  • All artwork must be created by the artist.
  • No food can be sold at artist booth.
  • No pets are allowed in booth.
  • Keep your personal items within the booth space.
  • Vendors will be notified of their acceptance on a first come first served basis.
APPLICATION ARE DUE BY JUNE 2, 2017!

Application & Full Payment Due: June 2, 2017 by 5:00 pm
Payment method: Cash, Credit Cards or Money Orders.
No personal checks will be accepted.
Application and full payment must be turned in together.
