Led by Dancing Earth’s performer and instructor Trey Pickett , this is a class to fortify mind, body, and spirit during tough times. This class uses exercise to facilitate wellness as exercise is great for both mental health, the immune system, and energy. Using 20 plus years of experience Trey facilitates empowering your life practice for health and wellness through movement. Week 1- Introduction to wellbeing and training for anywhere. Home/Outdoor or anywhere practical to your access to space. Week 2 -Fortify with breath and vigorous routines. This is for anyone wanting to push the body to be flexible and strong. Week 3- Embodiment of modalities using High level intensity and fun use of home equipment.
